Key Experience:

Sumesh has over 12 year’s regional experience in providing the services above within East Africa (Kenya & Uganda).

He has led audit and assurance engagements to a number of regional businesses including medium to large listed and privately held multinational businesses within East Africa. He has also been involved in forensic audits, internal control assessments, tax restructuring, and handling tax assessments with the relevant tax authorities.

He also serves as a panelist for the FiRe Awards (Financial Reporting Awards) in both Kenya and Uganda. He is a member the PKF Technical and Training Committee and has been involved in carrying out internal and external training seminars within the region. Sumesh also serves as a member of the ICPAU’s Accountants in public practice technical committee.
