• Bsc (Hons) in Applied Accounting (First Class) from Oxford Brookes University
• Member of National Board of Accountants and Auditors, CPA-T
• Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accounting (ACCA)

Key Experience:

Mustansir has over 10 years of experience in providing audit, tax and advisory services to clients across various industries.

With extensive knowledge and experience of IFRS and US-GAAP, Mustansir’s experience in audit covers banks, insurance companies and mutual funds such as Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania, African Banking Corporation Tanzania (ABCT), Citibank Tanzania Limited, United Bank of Africa (UBA), Unit trust of Tanzania (Umoja Fund), Micro provident Tanzania, Blue Financial Services Limited, Finca Tanzania Limited, BRAC Tanzania, Faulu Tanzania Limited (Opportunity Tanzania Limited), National Insurance Corporation (NIC), Real Insurance company etc. Munstansir has also been involved in the view of Bank of Tanzania’s returns submitted by the banks so that they are in compliance with Banking and Financial Institution Act, 2006 and assessment of the capacity and effectiveness of internal audit department of banks.

He was a member of the Presidential Parastatal Sector Reform Commission (PSRC) team conducting a financial and economic evaluation of the National Microfinance Bank Ltd to prepare for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) amongst others.
