• A member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries, Kenya -  CPS (K)

Key Experience:

Jalpesh has strong technical skills in audit, assurance and compliance matters and his duties range from planning and supervising audits, attending to tax matters, formation of companies to ensuring legal requirements are followed by client and attending to statutory audits.

He has also planned and supervised the review of other auditor’s working papers for listed companies.
