Hussein has 17 years of post-qualification experience in statutory and project audits, including 9 years with a Big Four audit firm.

Professional Qualifications and memberships:

• Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
• Member of the National Board of Auditors and Accountants (NBAA) in Tanzania
• Diploma in IPSAS from the National Board of Auditors and Accountants (NBAA) in Tanzania

Key Experience:

Hussein possesses extensive audit experience across diverse sectors, including agriculture, insurance, mining, construction, manufacturing, consumer goods, hospitality, transportation, healthcare, NGOs, education, technology, shipping, and oil & gas.

He has a strong grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). Furthermore, he excels in applying modern audit methodologies and tools, such as risk-based auditing and data analytics.
