Professional Experience

Frederick has over 25 years’ experience in audit and assurance, financial management and proven experience in the management of multidisciplinary entities.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships:

Frederick holds the following qualifications and memberships:

• Diploma in Business Studies
• Member, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU)
• Bachelor of Commerce, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda
• Certified Trade Advisor of the International Trade Centre, Geneva, Switzerland
• Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)  

Key Experience:

Frederick has led audit and assurance as well as business consultancy engagements for a number of businesses including large quoted/listed and privately held multinational businesses in Uganda. He also has Islamic Banking audit experience.

He served the Board of Trustees of the International Accounting Standards Board to the advisory group of Small and Medium Sized Entities Implementation Group (SMEIG). He is the 8^th President of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and has extensive experience in IFRS and
