Ajay has over 16 years' experience in audit and assurance services, taxation and company secretarial matters.

He has strong technical skills in all audit, assurance and compliance matters and his duties range from planning and supervising audits, attending to tax matters, formation of companies to ensuring corporate legal requirements are followed by client and attending to statutory audits.

His extensive experience includes advising on tax issues, internal checks and controls and managing finances.
